Glen Lake Mighty Mites Mission

The Glen Lake Mighty Mites Baseball Association provides boys and girls living in Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, and Hopkins an opportunity to participate in youth baseball where three basic goals are stressed:

To have lots of good wholesome FUN!

To learn the fundamentals of baseball.

To learn sportsmanship; being a good winner, and a good loser.

We hope you will find our new website easy to use.  Along with an updated look and feel, there are several enhancements that will make GLMM run smoother:

 
Easier ability to communicate changes in schedules and in particular when games are postponed
 
A more efficient registration process allowing for easier sizing of uniforms, signing up for Concession Duty, and signing up for travel baseball
 
Being able to sync your Outlook Calendar with your GLMM baseball calendar

On behalf of Hopkins Baseball, we invite you to attend the upcoming annual fundraising event, the Hopkins Baseball Diamond Club Dinner and Silent Auction. This event is hosted by the Diamond Club, and benefits Hopkins High School baseball teams, and Hopkins American Legion summer baseball teams. This event includes

    2012 GLMM Bat Regulations

    New rules for Bats….for all ages!
    Starting January 1, 2012, ALL bats must be approved for competition.

    Any Big Barrel bats greater than 2 1/4 inches is not allowed. Big Barrel bats equal to or less than 2 1/4 inches are allowed.  You should also be looking for the following:
    • NEW USSSA approved 1.15 BPF stamp on its taper       
       
    • Have a BBCOR stamp

    Many bats are being greatly discounted that fall into the illegal category.  Please be careful you are purchasing a legal bat.
